The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! They were all so kind and took great care of my senior dog. When I asked if they could trim his nails they said they would get what they could, and when he came back out after only maybe 20 minutes for the whole checkup, he was still a very happy boy AND had the nails on both his back feet nice and short – the hardest ones for me to get! I’m so glad we started coming here, and I know he will be in very good hands for all future visits.

The people at Casco Bay Vet are literal angels on earth. So kind, so professional, and so patient. I adore all the staff I’ve encountered, and have a special appreciation for Dr. Gregory. I always feel able to ask follow up questions and the staff has been extremely helpful and ready to problem solve with me when my cat, Irwin, has been difficult to handle. I could not ask for a better team to care for my four legged loves!

We have three pets who are patients at CBVH. They have provided excellent well-pet care and the occasional diagnosis and treatment for minor ailments, all with good humor and expertise. They seem to truly love the pets they are caring for, and are patient and understanding with their human clients as well. There are places nearby that are less expensive, but we don’t mind paying a tiny bit more for the extra time and care they have to spend on our furry family members.

I just wanted to thank everyone at the office for being so understanding and helpful with our dog Captain who is reactive and terrified of his vet visits. We really appreciate that the staff is trying to work with us and not push him to do something he is afraid of. It’s taken us a lot of work to get him to trust us so not breaking that trust is very important to us. Hopefully with some happy visits and muzzle training, we will be able to get him to tolerate his vet visits in the future! 🙂
