Appointment Policy

Our goal at Casco Bay is to see all patients in a timely and efficient manner, thus sheduled appointment times are preferred.  This provides for ample time to thoroughly examine your furry friends and to answer any particular questions you may have.  Walk-in appointments are welcome and every effort will be made to see you at the next available opening in the schedule.  As always, emergencies are given top priority and may occasionally cause the regular schedule to be altered.  If possible, a quick call to alert us of your impending arrival in such circumstances will allow us to make the necessary preparations and to better treat your ailing pet.

If you anticipate a special needs visit with an ill pet or plan to visit with more than one pet, please alert our support staff at the time the appointment is made, this will allow us to schedule a longer block of time for the visit.

Special circumstances may allow for a less formal visit for your pet, commonly known as an "out back visit".  Examples of these would be trips in for nail trims, anal sac expressions, and tick removal.  Please consult with the support staff at the time of your call to see if this type of visit may be adequate to meet your pet's needs.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy
