Casco Bay Veterinary Hospital is very pleased to introduce you to Dr. Jeff Robbins. A native of California, Dr. Robbins graduated from U.C. Davis in 1977 and went on to complete both internship and residency programs thereafter. He practiced in the field of small animal emergency medicine and critical care for 9 years before opening the Lakeside Animal Hospital in San Diego, California in 1993. A Mainer since selling his practice in 2000, Dr. Robbins has semi-retired to lovely Peak's Island where he lives with his wife and many assorted pets. He will be working with us on Tuesdays. In addition to seeing patients at Casco Bay, Dr. Robbins will also be providing area veterinarians with much needed referral diagnostic Ultrasound Services, available on site at Casco Bay two days per week. His tireless dedication to patient care and wealth of experience make him an invaluable addition to Casco Bay. |

The owner of Casco Bay Veterinary Hospital is Dr. Marc Ouellette, a native of northern Maine entering his fifteenth year of practice. Dr. Ouellette obtained a B.Sc. from McGill University in 1991 and went on to earn his D.V.M. from the Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of Prince Edward Island, Canada in 1996. He proceeded to further his veterinary education by completing a one year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon Saskatchewan, Canada. Practicing in the greater Portland area since his return to Maine in 1997, Dr. Ouellette resides in beautiful Saco Maine. Taking over the Casco Bay Vet Hospital offers Dr. Ouellette the opportunity to build upon the years of excellent medical care you've come to expect from the hospital and he looks forward to serving all your veterinary needs. |

New to our staff here at Casco Bay is co-owner Dr. Sara Leven, a native of northern Sweden who has lived and practiced in Maine for 12 years. Sara is a 1995 graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine and completed both medical and surgical internships at the Atlantic Veterinary College in PEI and at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatchewan. She comes to us after spending 10+ years practicing exclusively emergency medicine, bringing a wealth of experience with her in small animal surgery and intensive care. Her ability to blend compassion and practicality into her caregiving makes her a welcome and important addition to our team. Welcome aboard Dr. Leven!! |
